121-1:

RED WARRIORS

The Red Warriors was a band of redskins active in Paris in the 1980s.  The group was founded in December 1986, and the band became famous as the first to oppose systematic neo-facist violence in Paris. The Red Warriors parted ways after the collapse of the USSR.

Composed of a core group of 14 people, its original purpose was to counter what they saw as a rise of fascism in the streets.

Its symbol was a cross-sickle a baseball bat, misuse of the symbol of the communist hammer and sickle. This symbol will then be taken over by the French redskin movement.
